"River's Song"

In the heart of the tranquil vale,

Where whispers of the wind prevail,

A river winds its graceful way,

Through meadows green in soft array.

Its waters sing a gentle tune,

Underneath the silver moon,

A melody of timeless grace,

Carving paths in nature's embrace.

From mountain springs, a humble start,

A journey etched in nature's art,

Gathering strength with every bend,

As tributaries blend and blend.

Through rocky gorges, wild and free,

The river roars in jubilee,

Cascading down with frothy spray,

In a tumultuous ballet.

Yet in calm pools, its ripples play,

Reflecting skies in hues of day,

Where herons wade and otters sway,

In the river's tranquil sway.

Oh, river of life, with secrets deep,

In your embrace, the earth does keep,

A witness to the ages gone,

A storyteller from dusk to dawn.

You carry tales of ancient lore,

Of lands and peoples gone before,

A timeless witness to it all,

In your currents, whispers call.

In your flow, we find release,

A soothing balm, a sense of peace,

As we walk along your banks, so wide,

With nature's wonders by our side.

River's song, forever true,

We find ourselves renewed in you,

In the ebb and flow of life's grand view,

The river's journey, pure and true.
